                • Room type: 4 bedrooms, with en-suites
                • Room taxes are included.
                • *Villas are located within the Southern tip of the Baja Peninsula. The villa pictured is an example of the accommodations guests may stay in. All villas are subject to availability, and may vary according to the guests' dates. All villas used are of equal or higher value than the villa displayed in the photos.
                • Stay must be booked with a Saturday check-in and Friday check-out.
                • Please note there is a $150 USD security and utility deposit per person. The remaining balance of the utilities will be collected after guests check out.
                • To exceed the recommended/included eight guest accommodations, additional fees will be charged per person by the villa concierge at the time of booking. Accommodating more than the recommended/included eight guests is subject to availability and at the discretion of the property concierge.
                • All villas have at least 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; some have more, but none have fewer.
                • In-country service fee of $65 per person to be collected at the time of booking.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • Additional blackout dates may apply.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.

THROUGH OCF'S EFFORTS IN EDUCATING CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES, AS WELL AS OCF'S GRANT-MAKING PROGRAM, OCF WILL MAKE IT SEAMLESS FOR CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC TO SUPPORT OCF AND THE CHARITIES THEY LOVE. OCF SERVES AS A MEANS FOR DONORS, COMPANIES AND NONPROFITS TO STREAMLINE CHARITABLE PARTNERSHIPS AND FUNDING.

                100% of Net Proceeds (as defined in our Terms and FAQs) of the Hammer Price will go to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) public charity, who will then grant a minimum of 10% of Charitybuzz’s proceeds for this purchase to Our Change Foundation
