                • 3-night accommodations in a Valley View or Falls Lodge Room at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Missouri
                • 1 round of golf for 2 at Payne’s Valley Course
                  • Payne’s Course is the first public-access golf course designed by 82-time PGA TOUR winner, Tiger Woods and his golf course design firm, TGR Design.
                • 1 round of golf for 2 at Ozarks National Course or Buffalo Ridge Course
                  • Among the world-class courses that Big Cedar Lodge offers, is Ozarks National, Missouri’s first and only golf course designed by architect duo, Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw.
                  • Buffalo Ridge has been transformed by the guiding hands of visionary conservationist Johnny Morris and renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio, who redesigned the course layout to immerse players into the striking nature around them.

                • Length of stay: 3 nights.
                • Room type: Standard Room.
                • Room taxes are included.
                • Recommended to book six months in advance.
                • Room upgrades may be available at the winning bidder's request for an additional cost.
                • Hotel based on double occupancy.
                • Must be booked within 18 months and traveled within 24 months of certificate issue date.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • Additional blackout dates may apply.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.

                OUR CHANGE FOUNDATION (OCF) WILL FURTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES BY ENGAGING IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES. OCF WILL AIM TO INCREASE SOCIAL GOOD ON THE INTERNET BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES. IN ADDITION, OCF WILL ENCOURAGE BUSINESSES AND OTHERS TO INTEGRATE PHILANTHROPY AND CHARITABLE INITIATIVES INTO THEIR PRACTICES, AND OCF WILL MAKE GRANTS TO QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS RESULTING FROM THIS PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT. THROUGH OCF'S EFFORTS IN EDUCATING CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES, AS WELL AS OCF'S GRANT-MAKING PROGRAM, OCF WILL MAKE IT SEAMLESS FOR CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC TO SUPPORT OCF AND THE CHARITIES THEY LOVE. OCF SERVES AS A MEANS FOR DONORS, COMPANIES AND NONPROFITS TO STREAMLINE CHARITABLE PARTNERSHIPS AND FUNDING.

                100% of Net Proceeds (as defined in our Terms and FAQs) of the Hammer Price will go to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) public charity, who will then grant a minimum of 10% of Charitybuzz’s proceeds for this purchase to Our Change Foundation
