Select two dishes from the chef’s menu and gain hands-on experience in professional techniques, food science insights, and expert plating. At the end of the session, you will enjoy your handcrafted meal, making this both an educational and fun culinary experience.

                • Experience blackout dates: Not valid on public holidays. Subject to availability. To secure the best available dates, book your experience as soon as possible.

                • Valid for 2 guests. Additional participants can be added at the chef's discretion for an additional charge.
                • Approximate duration: Up to 3 hours.
                • The experience takes place at the Patron’s private residence within the Los Angeles metropolitan area, specifically within 25 miles of Mar Vista, CA (ZIP 90066). A surcharge will apply for locations beyond a 25-mile radius, based on additional travel time and costs. Exact surcharge to be quoted individually depending on the Patron’s location.
                • Drinks, tableware, and kitchen equipment are not included.
                • All dietary requirements can be accommodated, except for medical and severe allergic conditions.
                • Cancellations within 7 days of booking will be non-refundable.
                • Date changes outside the 7-day window are possible with a $200 rescheduling fee payable prior to the event's date.
                • Host Responsibilities:
                  • Host must provide basic working kitchen equipment, including a stove, oven, pots, pans, knives, utensils, chopping boards, and a cleared fridge/freezer/dishwasher. Rental options are available at an additional cost.The Patron must provide a clean, safe kitchen with a functioning oven, stove, sink, refrigerator/freezer space, and basic cookware, utensils, and tableware.
                  • Any missing or non-functioning equipment may incur a sourcing surcharge.
                • Liability & Insurance:
                  • Chef Arno Jullien maintains professional liability and general liability insurance.
                  • The Patron assumes responsibility for any damage caused by guests.
                • Health & Safety Compliance:
                  • All food preparation follows local health department guidelines.
                • Gratuity:
                  • Gratuity is not included and is left to the Patron’s discretion (recommended 18–20%).
                • Photography & Promotion:
                  • The company may take photos for internal quality control. Any promotional use will require Patron consent.
                • Force Majeure:
                  • In case of unforeseeable circumstances beyond either party’s control, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule; if impossible, standard refund terms apply.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Additional blackout dates may apply.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
