Hollywood Cinema Production Resources

Founded in 1997 by IATSE Local 44 member Kevin Considine, Hollywood Cinema Production Resources (Hollywood CPR) was created to open doors for Angelenos pursuing real careers behind the scenes. For nearly three decades, we’ve trained the below-the-line professionals who set the standard for film, television, and live events — building a workforce that reflects the diversity and creativity of Los Angeles itself. In partnership with IATSE and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), Hollywood CPR bridges labor and industry to advance a shared goal: building a skilled, union-ready workforce reflective of the cities crews call home. Led by active crew members, our programs replicate the structure, standards, and collaboration of Hollywood’s professional sets — ensuring that students train the way the industry truly works.
