MAD Foundation, Danish for food, is a non-profit organization that empowers the global hospitality community to drive change in food systems and address pressing issues such as climate change, environment, and health. Through a dynamic network, events, and publications, MAD Foundation brings together chefs and food system leaders with a social conscience, sense of curiosity, and appetite for change. MAD Foundation's humanitarian staff and volunteers also assist and support vulnerable individuals on their path to safety.
