The center of the necklace uses a bezel set 21-carat sky blue oval faceted topaz. 32 round brilliant cut diamonds frame the topaz with an additional 104 round brilliant cut diamonds up the sides of the necklace. The diamonds are all prong set. There are 98 total natural sapphires in colors including red, orange, yellow, green, and blue in square, rectangular, and round cuts that are all set using 4 prongs. It is secured using a tongue-in-groove style clasp with a figure 8 safety.
