                When the parade approaches, step outside to the viewing area on 6th Avenue and enjoy the parade up close. Guests will receive NYPD-approved permits to pass through street closures, with staff on hand to assist throughout the event. All attendees enjoy unlimited indoor-outdoor access during the parade, making it easy to return inside at any time to rest, refill a beverage, or use the restroom.

                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
