                • Room type: Resort King Guestroom.
                • Please note: A Resort Fee of $51.75 per night is required to be paid by the guest to the hotel.
                • The redemption of this experience is subject to availability and is valid for new bookings only.
                • This lot is valid for single/double occupancy only and for room-only accommodations.
                • This lot is non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other offers or lots. 
                • Any additional applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees are payable to the hotel upon check-in directly by the purchaser.

                • Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation number has been issued by Charitybuzz’s customer service and redemption team.
                • This stay must be completed between January 1, 2025, and December 20, 2025. We encourage all customers to begin the booking process immediately upon purchase to ensure the greatest availability. Any stays that go unused by December 20, 2025 will expire without exceptions.
                • Deadlines for making changes to reserved dates of stay will be provided by Charitybuzz upon booking your stay. These deadlines are subject to vary based on seasonality.
                • This item is not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered in time for the holidays.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • Blackout dates may apply.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
