                • Maximum occupancy of six adults and two children under 12 years old.
                • Purchaser must be 25 years or older.
                • Length of stay: 4 nights.
                • Room type: 2 bedroom suite with sweeping resort views.
                • Please note: Hotel taxes are required additionally, payable at check-out, including a 3% tourism tax. These taxes must be paid for by the winning bidder.
                • The stay will take place at a Vidanta Resort of the purchaser's choosing, subject to availability, in Mayan Riviera, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta, Puerto Peñasco, or Mazatlán
                • Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 18 months from the purchase date to travel.
                • Limit of one certificate per household in a 12-month period.
                • Once confirmed, all reservations are final.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • Additional blackout dates may apply.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
