                • Stay duration: 5 nights.
                • Valid for 8 guests.
                • Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the purchase date to travel.
                • Please note: This villa has an air conditioning allowance of $550. Additional usage will be metered and charged at the market rate + taxes.
                • Please note: The basketball hoop and pickleball, and tennis courts are shared residents' amenities.
                • Chef services are not included, but are available to add-on for a fee.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • Based upon availability at the experience provider's discretion.
                • Blackout dates may apply.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
