                • Participants must be at least 21 unless with an adult.
                • Length of stay: 7 nights.
                • Room type: 860 square foot Suite.
                • Room taxes are included.
                • The winner will receive certificates via FedEx one to two weeks after the close of the auction.
                • Please note: The physical voucher must be presented at check-in.
                • Values are based on the refundable rate plus resort fees, taxes and daily breakfast (all included in the package) within an 18 month period.
                • Please note: The exciting Fairmont package described in this lot provides you with even more flexibility and choices than the property/properties listed. The winning bidder will receive an official Fairmont “C” Ovation certificate for each night included in the package, and each certificate can be used at any Fairmont property within that same Fairmont Ovation classification.                 • Voucher Shipping Disclaimer: If the package has not been received by the estimated delivery date, the winning bidder must notify Charitybuzz within 72 hours following the estimated delivery date. The winning bidder must open the package upon receipt and notify Charitybuzz within 48 hours if any part of the package is missing or not consistent with your purchase.
                • Your vouchers will not be mailed until you confirm your mailing address and they will be sent via FedEx with a signature required.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • Additional blackout dates may apply.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.

                100% of Net Proceeds (as defined in our Terms and FAQs) of the Hammer Price will go to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) public charity, who will then grant a minimum of 10% of Charitybuzz’s proceeds for this purchase to Harry's Heroes
