                  • Stay at Poggio del Pero, a beautifully restored farmhouse with spacious, self-contained apartments. Each apartment features a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining with panoramic views. Amenities include a panoramic pool, air conditioning, heating, and a Smart TV. The Farmhouse also features an equestrian center with a vineyard and olive groves.

The itinerary will be tailored to your pace, allowing time to linger in quiet squares, browse local boutiques, and discover the hidden rhythms of everyday life in Umbria.

                  • Visit a small, family-run olive oil producer for a walk through the grove, a guided tasting, and a light seasonal lunch. Alternatively, visit a local organic vineyard for a tasting of native wines.

                  • Prepare a traditional meal with a local chef using seasonal ingredients hosted at your accommodation or nearby in a charming farmhouse kitchen.

                • Experience blackout dates: Bookings between June 1 and August 31 each year must be booked Saturday-to-Saturday. Outside of this period, bookings are more flexible and subject to the property's availability, with no preset blackout dates.

                • Room type: 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.
                • The cooking class includes lessons, the equipment and ingredients to cook, and concludes with enjoying the meal you’ve prepared together. Alcohol is not included, but can be added on for an additional cost.
                • Bookings between June 1 and August 31 each year must be booked Saturday-to-Saturday. Outside of this period, bookings are more flexible and subject to the property's availability, with no preset blackout dates.
                • Additional add-ons can be booked for an additional cost after purchase, including horseback riding, truffle hunting, boat trips, golf, hot air balloon ride, and much more.
                • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
                • Cannot be transferred.
                • Blackout dates may apply.
                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
