                OUR CHANGE FOUNDATION (OCF) WILL FURTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES BY ENGAGING IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, OCF WILL ENCOURAGE BUSINESSES AND OTHERS TO INTEGRATE PHILANTHROPY AND CHARITABLE INITIATIVES INTO THEIR PRACTICES, AND OCF WILL MAKE GRANTS TO QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS RESULTING FROM THIS PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT. THROUGH OCF'S EFFORTS IN EDUCATING CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES, AS WELL AS OCF'S GRANT-MAKING PROGRAM, OCF WILL MAKE IT SEAMLESS FOR CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC TO SUPPORT OCF AND THE CHARITIES THEY LOVE. OCF SERVES AS A MEANS FOR DONORS, COMPANIES AND NONPROFITS TO STREAMLINE CHARITABLE PARTNERSHIPS AND FUNDING.

                100% of Net Proceeds (as defined in our Terms and FAQs) of the Hammer Price will go to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) public charity, who will then grant a minimum of 10% of Charitybuzz’s proceeds for this purchase to Our Change Foundation
