              • Collect Nirvana's In Utero LP record album, signed by Art Director Robert Fisher, who also handwrites the story of collaborating with Kurt Cobain on the cover artwork.

                Fisher writes in full, "After the success of Nevermind, I really felt the pressure to deliver another iconic cover for Nirvana. Kurt asked me to create a cover using an old postcard of T.A.M. (Transparent Anatomical Manikin). Kurt and I both shared an interest in old medical stuff and anatomy. He was fascinated with birth and the reproductive process thus the title, In Utero. I created a few different ideas and he really liked the version with the cracked yellow background, perhaps because it was in such contrast to the cool, wet feeling of Nevermind. He then had one last request, to add wings to the figure. I found some in an old book of etchings and that was the perfect touch. It elevated the figure to almost that of a holy figure or effigy of the Virgin Mary. / Robert Fisher / Art Director/Designer / Nirvana - In Utero".
