                  • Check-in Thursday, May 2nd, 2024; Check-out Sunday, May 5th, 2024
                  • Be right in the middle of the action, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as bourbon distillery experiences and the Louisville Slugger Museum.
                • Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 - Derby welcome reception:
                  • Join your event organizers Thursday at the hotel for a meet-and-greet with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails
                • Friday, May 3rd, 2024 - Tour of a Kentucky horse farm and a bourbon distillery:
                  • You'll join our group on a tour of the beautiful, rolling hills of Kentucky, as we explore a horse farm and then a renowned bourbon distillery.
                  • Transportation and box lunch are included.
                • Saturday, May 4th, 2024 - Experience the Derby in Turf Club Box Seats
                  • This area features a buffet, open bar, an upscale atmosphere and celebrity sightings. You have access to the floors below as well. These are indoor, climate-controlled seats with plenty of betting windows.
                  • There are 14 different races on Derby Day, with 30-45 minutes in between each race, so where you sit determines a lot about your experience. It is an amazing day of conversation, fashion, people-watching, wagering, eating, drinking, and cheering.

                • Pre-trip travel planning, on-site host, and local assistance

                • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
                • Travel is not included.
                • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
                • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
