- Duration: 12 Hours, spread over 2 days & creative development.
- Length of meet and greet: 1 Hour.
- The winner may take a photo.
- The winner can take something small to be signed.
- A meal is part of the event.
- The meal cost is included.
- Alcoholic beverages are included.
- Gratuity is included.
- Either Craig or Fiona will be present during the entire experience. It is not guaranteed that both will be present the full time.
- Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Winner is responsible for their own airfare, all forms of travel and lodging to and within Los Angeles.
- Winner will connect directly with Huxleys or their representative to ascertain details such as time, place, and requirements for the sessions as well as legal matters including but not limited to publishing, songwriting, and royalties.
- Producer is not obligated to spend more than 6 hours for the songwriting session and 8 hours for the recording session. Additional time may be subject to discounted producer’s fees.
- Winner will receive a demo recording of the song.
- We ask that the winner does his/her best to fully prepare for the session in advance to enhance the best use of time.
- Experience can occur via Zoom or FaceTime if winner chooses.
- Sharing of login information is forbidden and can result in cancellation of the experience.
- Recording, screen grabs, or distribution of the session is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved by the donor.
- Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- Travel and accommodations are not included.
- We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
- To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider's availability.
- All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
- Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
