This experience includes a custom drone light show produced by Creative Skies, designed for a wide range of events including but not limited to private celebrations, birthdays, engagement proposals, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and special occasions.

Pre-Execution Validation & Experience Design: Creative Skies' operational team will evaluate the proposed venue for safety, airspace compliance, and operational feasibility. Based on this evaluation, Creative Skies may:

• Approve the proposed location
• Recommend a nearby alternative launch location
• Propose a different venue and/or alternative dates to ensure safe and compliant execution

If a safe and compliant execution is not feasible after reasonable efforts, the experience may not be fulfilled, and the bid winner may not be able to redeem the experience.

After a winning bidder is confirmed, the process will include:

• Onboarding session to align on dates, location, and logistics
• Creative storyboard development, where Creative Skies will design a fully customized drone show tailored to the event

The show can be customized to reflect any theme or story, within the constraints of the selected package up to 150 drones. Optional enhancements may include the integration of company or sponsor logos within the drone show, subject to design feasibility and timing.

Geographic Scope & Travel

• This offer includes travel and logistics within Southern California up to a 200-mile radius from Downtown Los Angeles.
• Events outside this region may be accommodated; however, additional travel and logistics costs will apply.
